We currently offer delivery services to selected locations across Kerala and other parts of India based on service availability of our logistics partners.

For out-of-service areas, customers will be informed during the order process or via direct communication.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Custom orders, bulk orders, or festive orders may require additional processing time depending on order volume.

Orders will not be processed on national holidays or during unforeseen shutdowns.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Local deliveries: 2–5 business days
Within Kerala: 3–7 business days
Other states: 6–10 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on location, weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.
Charges depend on product weight, delivery location, and shipping method selected.
Free shipping (if applicable) will be mentioned during promotional offers.

5. Packaging & Hygiene

As a food production unit, we maintain high standards of hygiene and safe packaging.

All products are packed in food-grade materials.
Extra care is taken to prevent damage during transit.
However, slight damage due to courier handling is beyond our control.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via:

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.

Delays due to incorrect address
Non-delivery due to unreachable phone number
Re-delivery charges resulting from wrong details

Additional delivery charges may apply in such cases.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier fails to deliver due to:

Customer unavailability
Incorrect address
Refusal to accept delivery

The product may be returned to us. In such cases:

No refund will be initiated
Re-shipping will be done only after additional charges are paid by the customer

9. Perishable Product Disclaimer

Since we deal with perishable food products:

Delivery delays caused by external factors may affect freshness.
Sweet Revenge Treatz will not be responsible for quality changes due to delayed transit by courier partners.
