At Sweet Revenge Treatz, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. However, since we deal with fresh and perishable food products, special conditions apply to returns and refunds.
1. No Return Policy on Food Products
Due to the nature of our products (sweets, desserts, and bakery items), we do not accept returns once the product is delivered, as this could lead to hygiene and safety issues.
2. Eligible Cases for Refund / Replacement
Refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Product delivered is damaged or spoiled
- Wrong item delivered
- Quantity mismatch
- Product manufacturing defect
These must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
3. How to Raise a Complaint
To request a refund or replacement, customers must:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Share clear photos and/or videos of:
- The product
- Packaging
- Shipping label
- Issue faced
- Provide the Order ID and registered mobile number.
Complaints raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.
4. Approval Process
Once we receive your complaint:
- Our quality team will investigate the issue.
- We may ask for additional details if required.
- Final decision will be communicated within 3–5 business days.
5. Refund Method
If your refund request is approved:
- Refund will be processed through the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).
- Refund amount will be credited within 5–7 business days, depending on the bank or payment gateway.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
6. Cases Where Refund Will NOT Be Provided
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Delay in delivery due to courier partner
- Customer not available at the time of delivery
- Wrong address provided
- Taste preferences or change of mind
- Damage caused after delivery
- Improper storage by the customer
7. Cancellation Refund
- Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for full refund.
- Orders cancelled after dispatch are not eligible for any refund.
- Customized or bulk orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
